I highly recommend this dentist office! I’ve had a lovely experience at River North Modern Dentistry and will always come back to them. Dr. Kowalski and her team have helped to make my anxiety around going to the dentist nonexistent! From the moment you walk in the door, you are met with smiling faces to check you in, solve insurance issues, and walk through payment options, all while being genuinely kind and caring (thank you Evelyn, Christine and Katelyn!). Dr. Kowalski has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and cares deeply about her patients’ comfort, safety and happiness. I am thoroughly impressed with her willingness to take her time, answer my many questions and show me different models and equipment to help me feel comfortable. I love that she uses many different avenues of dental technology to help create a well rounded picture of dental health. I’ve also had a great experience with Ellie and the other hygienists/assistants on the dental team. You can tell that everyone here cares deeply about creating a positive patient experience! Thank you for creating a safe space and helping to keep my smile healthy and beautiful! I never thought I’d say this, but I’m excited to visit the dentist again soon! :)

I had a great new patient experience with Dr. Meister, who was very friendly, patient, and gentle throughout the appointment. Stephanie from the front desk was very transparent and helpful in navigating treatment options and insurance coverage. The office and equipment are very modern and well-maintained. I was also able to get a cavity filled within the same visit, helping eliminate the need to schedule another appointment. Overall, one of my most pleasant dentist appointments ever, as well as by far my least uncomfortable filling. Thank you!

I transferred to this dental practice in October 2026. The entire office is knowledgeable and personable and Dr. Kowalski did an amazing job detailing the different procedures done/needed and what next steps should look like. Very clear and transparent communication on pricing and services. Would recommend :)
